Nursery (Newborn)

Do you love babies? No need to prepare lessons, just prayer and lots of love! In the nursery we have the wonderful opportunity to allow parents to focus their attention toward God knowing that their baby is being tenderly cared for. Even at the youngest age, they enjoy the music and company of other babies and loving reminders of God's special love and care for them.

Nursery (Toddler)

Toddlers love routine! They feel a sense of security and belonging when they come to a familiar place with familiar smiling faces and activities.  If you are playful and have a lap that can hold a littler person or two, you will fit right in!

AWANA

AWANA is a fantastic time filled with group games that teach Teamwork, Leadership and Sportsmanship, and is followed by a very influential handbook time that  focuses the children to hide God's word in their heart and encourages them by offering them awards for completing their books.  If you find that memorization of Scripture is one of your passions then come to AWANA and share that passion with our children.

REAL START (Toilet-trained - Pre-School)

PreSchoolers are ENTHUSIASTIC! Ask a room full of three and four year olds to pray and every hand goes up! Here we have time for free play, "Cirlce Time" to introduce the Bible story.  If you love to ask questions, get lots of hugs and help little hands with crafts, come on down to REAL START!

WORSHIP TIME

Are you shamelessly in love with Jesus? Come to our Worship Time and be a shining light to lead kids to adore the God who loves us! Here you could do hand motions, run the DVD/projector or help kids with their prayer needs as all the kids from Pre-School through 5th Grade gather together for energetic praise, and worship moments for responding to God and committing their cares to Him in prayer.

REAL KIDS (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

Elementary kids respond to discussion and activities that focus on following Christ in "real life". This age is a very critical window to help them develop a Biblical world view, which means learning to ask "what does God say about it?" They need leaders who will invest prayer and time to help them navigate through the challenges of walking by faith and encourage them to trust God to help them make choices that will honor Him.

SPECIAL EVENTS, OUTREACH PROJECTS, FAMILY NIGHTS

If you are a great organizer and love to stir up excitement for group activities, this is for you! Here at NVBC we love to do more than just Sunday mornings. During these events we provide a place for kids to have fun and interact!
